Dress Code

In the Clubhouse

In the Lounge and Dining Room after 11.00 a.m
Gentlemen
Jackets and ties must be worn. Jeans and shorts are not permitted.

Ladies
A formal standard of dress is always to be worn. Golf clothes and shorts are not appropriate.

In the Spike Bar
Informal, but tidy dress is permitted.

On the Course and Practice Ground

Hats and Caps
Appropriate headwear should be worn in the style for which it was designed e.g. baseball caps should be worn with the peak facing forward.

Shirts
Shirts must be tailored, polo or sleeved.
They must be tucked into the waistband of trousers/shorts.

Trousers
Jeans and tracksuit trousers are not permitted. Trousers should be tailored and smart.

Shorts
Shorts should be of the tailored variety.

Socks
Socks, when worn in conjunction with shorts, must be knee length with supports to ensure they remain up.

Shoes
Only golf shoes should be worn on the course. Trainers and other recreational footwear is inappropriate.
